Campaign Proliferation

Campaign Proliferation

When performance drops, the instinct is to do more.

More campaigns. More variations. More tests.

It looks like action. What it actually does is reset the system — every time. Each new campaign brings a new message, a new product, a new entry point. Nothing runs long enough to be learned. So performance stays flat, and another campaign gets added to compensate.

This is how signal disappears.

Not through bad creative. Through dispersion.

Performance doesn't improve through expansion. It improves through repetition — one direction, held long enough to compound.

That constraint is uncomfortable. It feels like doing less.

It's the only thing that works.
