Avian Environmental operates across a broad range of specialist services. The structural challenge was not the content itself — services competed for priority, navigation lacked clear hierarchy, and the relationship between service areas was not legible to either visitors or AI retrieval systems.

A broad service range with no governing priority system means every service appears equally significant — which means none of them are primary. For AI systems, the absence of structured relationships means the site is read as a flat list rather than a coherent service architecture.
